Overview
Northwind is a regional bank with deep roots and an aging digital experience. We rebuilt the core banking app from the ground up — focusing on calm, glanceable information and a design system that lets a small team ship consistently across web, iOS, and Android.
Responsibilities
- Defined product strategy with the executive team
- Built the foundational design system and component library
- Led research and usability testing across 4 markets
